Dear Iza,

Well, my Peru adventure is coming to an end… and what an experience it's been.

I'll be honest, I've been delightfully surprised by just how much this trip has affected me.

Bringing 17 women together for an experience like this is no small undertaking.

We've been doing some deep work in our workshops, asking questions like:

Who am I becoming in this next chapter of my life?

What am I ready to release?

What am I no longer willing to tolerate?

And what does the next version of me actually look and feel like?

These aren't surface-level questions.

They make you stop. Reflect. And sometimes face things you've been conveniently avoiding for a while.

Then, of course, there's been the physical challenge.

The altitude. The mountains. The hiking. The ancient ruins.

And Machu Picchu… WOW.

I've been here before, but experiencing it with this incredible group of women felt completely different.

Something about the clouds rolling over the mountains, the mist, the energy, the history, and the mystery of this place made the whole experience feel almost otherworldly.

It's something I'll never forget.

As I come home, I feel like my soul has been revitalized.

Not just by the ancient sites or the beautiful people and culture of Peru

But by the connection, conversations, laughter, tears, and breakthroughs I've shared with these women.

My cup is very, very full.

And I'm reminded that sometimes we don't need to completely change our lives to reconnect with ourselves.

Sometimes we simply need to step out of the noise for a moment, shift our energy, and come back to that deeper part of ourselves that's been there all along.
