It feels like we're actually having a *real* fall here in Minneapolis. TBD whether the week of summer temperatures returns as it usually does, but for now, it's crisp air, windows open, sweatshirt-in-the-morning days, and I'm loving it.

These are my favorite fall recipes you don't want to miss!

• My roasted butternut squash soup - everything roasts in the oven and it's just so good!
• I've already made a batch of my white bean soup, too (you can never have enough soup), and froze half for future me.
• This one-pot vegan pumpkin pasta is for dinner tonight.
• Make a batch of pumpkin spice muffins with pecan streusel for easy breakfasts.
• And I have to shout out the all-time MVP (or MVR?) -- these absolutely irresistible pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting.​
