It's Thursday. September 17th.
Look at your last fourteen days. Not how they felt — what they produced.
Fourteen days is long enough that mood stops mattering. Bad week, good week, tired, busy, ill — over fourteen days all of that averages out and what's left is your actual rate.
So: what came out of them? Name it. If naming it is hard, that's the answer, and it's worth knowing rather than avoiding.
Here's the part people miss. You didn't fail those fourteen days through lack of effort. You spent plenty of effort. You spent it on deciding, re-deciding, and feeling bad about not having started — which costs exactly as much as doing the thing and leaves you with nothing.
That is the cost nobody counts. Deciding is not free. Re-deciding is not free. Carrying it around all week is the most expensive of the three, and at the end of it you have paid full price for a task you never started.
85% off — stop paying for the decision.
