Constitution Day always comes at the very beginning of Hispanic Heritage Month. This blog post will consider some of the key similarities (as well as a few significant differences) between the United States Constitution and three Constitutions that were enacted in Latin America: the Mexican Constitution of 1824; Chile's Constitution of 1828; and the Argentine Constitution of 1853.
