The House passed a major bill aimed at imposing sanctions on Russia and Iran, sending it to President Donald Trump for his signature.

The bill takes aim at Russian energy revenues amid the Ukraine war, as well as adding sanctions on Russian government officials, oligarchs and financial institutions. And, at Trump’s request, the bill extends sanction authority aimed at slashing funding for Iran’s weapons and energy sectors.
