I have a meeting next week on Thursday at 2 PM with the new insurance rep. I wrote it down in two places so I don't forget. The location is the same office we used last time, near the sandwich shop. I'm planning to leave about fifteen minutes early because parking was harder last month. There are three main things I want to go over: the updated rates, the coverage for the storage unit, and whether we can move the payment date. I talked to my sister about it yesterday, and she said to ask for a printed summary before I sign anything. I usually take notes on my phone, but this time I'm bringing a small notebook instead. After the meeting, I will stop and get gas on the way home. I don't think it will run long.

I changed my work hours recently, so the old meeting time no longer fits. I now start at 7 AM and finish by 3:30 PM. That means the 4 PM slot we had before is out for me. I looked at the calendar for next week, and Tuesday at noon is open for everyone. I was thinking we could move the regular check-in to that time going forward. It would let me attend before my afternoon tasks pile up, and it still leaves the rest of the day free for other work. I already sent a note to the group about the change, but I wanted to explain my reasoning here too. If Tuesday at noon is a problem for anyone, I can also do Wednesday at 11 AM. Those are the two times I can consistently make each week now. Let me know which one works better, and I will update the shared calendar. I would rather set one fixed time than keep moving it around each week. That was getting confusing for everyone, including me.
