Police Host 2026 National Coffee with a Cop Day Events

The Arlington County Police Department (ACPD) is excited to celebrate National Coffee with a Cop Day on Wednesday, October 7, alongside communities across the country. In recognition of the day, ACPD’s Community Engagement Division will host two events for Arlington community members to meet and connect with the officers who serve their community. All are welcome to stop by the morning or afternoon gatherings, ask questions, share feedback or concerns and enjoy a cup of coffee while getting to know the men and women of ACPD.

Strong relationships between law enforcement and the community are at the heart of effective policing and public trust. ACPD is committed to building meaningful connections with everyone who lives in, works in and visits Arlington County. Events like Coffee with a Cop provide a relaxed and welcoming setting for those conversations by bringing the public and officers together, one cup of coffee at a time.
