Dear West Potomac Community,

Happy Thursday! We have officially completed the first two weeks of the school year, and we could not be prouder of how our Wolverine community has come together for a strong start.

Transitioning into a new school year with many changes takes real effort, adaptation, and enthusiasm. To our students, thank you for showing up with positive energy, tackling new routines, and bringing life back into our halls and classrooms. To our parents and guardians, thank you for your incredible partnership, patience, and support behind the scenes—from morning drop-offs to managing busy schedules. Your hard work, dedication, and school spirit are what make West Potomac such a special place to learn and grow.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Class of 2027 Senior Information Night last night! We were thrilled to see such a fantastic turnout as families gathered to learn more about the senior year, college planning, career options and important upcoming milestones. We are especially grateful for the wonderful participation and engagement from our families in both our English- and Spanish-language sessions.

Enjoy a well-deserved weekend to rest and recharge as we look forward to a fantastic year ahead.
