Hi Henryk,
There is something people do remarkably well.
We adapt.
We learn how to carry responsibility.
How to carry pressure.
How to carry disappointment.
How to carry expectations.
How to carry the weight of what has happened and still continue forward.
And over time, something happens:
We become so capable of carrying something that we stop asking whether we were ever meant to keep carrying it.
I see this within so many people.
And there is an important distinction here.
Strength is not only the ability to hold more.
Sometimes strength is recognizing what no longer belongs within you.
A thought you have repeated for too long.
An emotion you have become accustomed to.
A tension the body has quietly learned to live with.
A version of yourself that once helped you through a season of life, but no longer reflects who you are becoming.
Because whatever remains within us long enough begins to feel familiar.
And familiarity can easily be mistaken for identity.
But what you have carried is not necessarily who you are.
This is one of the deeper reasons I hold meditation in such high regard.
Proper meditation creates the space to become aware of what has been living within you beneath the surface...
and to see it clearly enough that you are no longer unconsciously carrying it forward.
Your breath changes.
Your body begins to release what it has been holding.
The mind becomes quieter.
Your energy has somewhere to return.
And beneath what you have accumulated, there is an opportunity to reconnect with something pure and natural...
Your Essence.
Tomorrow at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, I will be guiding a live Saturday Meditation.
For one hour, I want to guide you into a deeper relationship with yourself.
A space where you do not have to continue holding everything simply because you have become good at carrying it.
I see far too many people identifying with things they were never meant to carry forever.
This is one of the reasons I continue to offer these meditations, to bring the guidance, the space, and the help directly to you.
Join me tomorrow.
Saturday August 29, 2026
An hour to turn inward, strengthen what is beneath the surface, and reconnect with what matters most.
The Superhuman Code Meditation → Save Your Quiet Space!
I'll share a question worth reflecting on tonight:
What have I become so accustomed to carrying that I no longer realize how different I might feel without it?
Sometimes we are not looking for more.
Sometimes we are ready to experience who we are with less in the way.
If something came to mind as you read this, share it with me. I would love to hear.
See you tomorrow!
With warmth,
Herman
P.S. You do not discover your true self by adding more to it. Sometimes you discover it by releasing what has been covering it.
