Veterans, Caregivers, and Survivors:

Hurricane season is still underway, and VA Health Connect remains available around the clock for enrolled Veterans.

Whether you need to talk with a nurse or provider, get help with medications, or manage an upcoming appointment, help is just a call or chat away.

How to reach VA Health Connect:

  • Call your VA Clinical Contact Center at 1-855-679-0074 and dial: 3 to speak with a nurse, 2 for scheduling, or 1 for pharmacy.
  • Chat with VA Health Chat through the “VA Health Chat” App (available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store). Sign in with ID.me or Login.gov.

In an emergency, please dial 911. For Veterans in mental health crisis, call the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 (press 1) for 24/7 confidential support. Enrollment in VA benefits or health care is not required to use the Veterans Crisis Line.
