I need to set the meeting for next week and I have been looking at my calendar. Monday is out because I have a doctor's appointment in0 the morning and a work call after that. Tuesday looks better, but I only have two open slots. One is at 9 AM and the other is at 2 PM. Wednesday I am free most of the day, but I have to pick up my son from school at 3:30, so it would need to end before then. I think Tuesday at 2 PM works best for me, because the morning is usually busy with emails. I am going to send a note to the group later today and ask if that time is good for everyone.

I called the office this morning to follow up on the meeting room I asked about last Tuesday. They had my name down, but the time was still not confirmed. I told them I could do Thursday at 9 AM or Friday after 1 PM. The person on the phone said Thursday morning was open in the smaller room near the front. I took that one for now. I will send a note to the others today so they know where to go. I checked my calendar and I have nothing else that day until 11. That should give us enough time for the main points. I do not want to wait until next week because two people are out then.
