System Issue Impacting the IVES Program

Dear IVES Participants,

A communication was shared on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, identifying a technical issue with the Income Verification Express Services (IVES) program that impacted our Transcript Delivery System (TDS) and the Secure Object Repository (SOR) mailbox system. The issue has been resolved.

A communication was shared on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, identifying a technical issue with the IVES program that impacted both the inbound and outbound fax transmissions. The issue with the outbound fax transmissions has been resolved but we're still experiencing issues with our inbound faxes.

A resolution timeframe has not been established. We will share updates via GovDelivery. Please email any questions to ts.ives.participant.assistance@irs.gov.
