Members of the NAM Sustainability and Environmental Quality Committee,

The NAM’s Sustainability and Environmental Quality Committee hold its semiannual meeting on Tuesday, August 11, at 2:00 pm ET, ahead of the September 2026 NAM Board Meeting.

We will be joined by EPA Deputy Administrator David Fotouhi, who will share remarks on the Agency’s priorities for the next phase of the administration. DA Fotouhi’s remarks will be followed by an open discussion, providing manufacturers an opportunity to share their priorities, ask questions, and explore how industry can work constructively with the Agency on key issues—including consistency across program offices in a post-IRIS landscape, TSCA implementation, ongoing regulatory right-sizing under the Clean Water Act and Safe Drinking Water Act, recycling policy, upcoming Clean Air Act actions and more.
