Indeed, That was the identical day as the prior week. I intended to visit them this week but ran out of availability. I believe we can adjust the schedule to a different point this week when we return. I was going to check what hour they will be back but that falls on a separate day this week. Perhaps you could attempt preparing a Venezuelan pabellón criollo (literally, national flag). Fundamentally it's beef, rice, plantains and black beans, but enjoyable to make. OR, I could be any of 3 outstanding Mexican recipes: birria,(with beef) cochinito pibíl (with pork) or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano chiles in a creamy sauce).
