Practical Approaches for Leadership Development

Often the most difficult part of professional skill development isn’t identifying the strategies to become a better leader, but actually creating habits that will help you implement them into your daily leadership practice. The Chronicle and Strategic Imagination’s Melanie Ho are partnering to host a virtual program that aims to solve that very problem by guiding you through the entire fall semester.

Our innovative Leadership Transformation Collaborative is a 15-week program designed to provide participants with a supportive community that meets you where you are in your journey. Through reflective exercises, self-assessments, networking and collaboration opportunities, and community-building, this virtual experience will help participants develop strategies to meet their leadership goals and implement new practices into their day-to-day roles.
