GOP holdouts say they will vote to advance Blanche's nomination for attorney general

The statement from Sens. John Cornyn and Thom Tillis came after acting Attorney General Todd Blanche issued an order late Sunday formally rescinding the $1.8 billion fund to compensate allies of President Donald Trump.
