The CAHPS Home and Community-Based Services Survey users can now submit their data to be included in the HCBS CAHPS Database.
Eligible survey data must have been collected Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2025.
The following HCBS CAHPS survey versions are eligible for submission:
- Adult Survey 1.0
- Adult Survey 1.0 with the Supplemental Employment Module
The Data Use Agreement must be completed before data submission. Learn more about the HCBS CAHPS Survey and submission requirements. All data and related materials must be submitted by Aug. 21.
Data specifications have been updated for this year’s data submission, as data files are now required to be submitted in CSV format.
