Yes, I planned to return the other day when there was a free slot. I was considering we could begin the meeting at 10AM tomorrow so everyone could attend. I wanted to check if there were any other days this week you could be available. I was also thinking we could shift the dates to a different time this week. Yes, that was the identical day as last week. I intended to visit them this week but ran out of time. I believe we can reschedule the dates to another time this week when we return. I was going to check what time they would be back but that falls on a different day this week.

You might consider trying your hand at a Venezuelan pabellón criollo (literally, national flag). Basically it's beef, rice, plantains and black beans, but fun to prepare. OR, I could be any one of 3 extraordinary Mexican dishes: birria (with beef), cochinito pibíl (with pork), or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano chiles in a creamy sauce). I've made them all, simply because my sons said I couldn't, and they're all divine. Of course, you might want to put together a proper, British Sunday roast!
