Garmin has introduced the Cirqa, a screen-free fitness tracker focused on wellness and activity monitoring with up to 10 days of battery life and no subscription required. The adjustable band tracks more than 80 activities, including running and yoga, while monitoring key health metrics such as heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and skin temperature to provide recovery insights, sleep analysis and menstrual cycle tracking.
