Hey, just wanted to follow up on our conversation the other day. I finally got around to trying that sourdough recipe you mentioned. It was surprisingly easy to get started, though my first loaf came out a bit flat. The kitchen smelled amazing for hours, though. I've been experimenting with different flour blends and added some sesame seeds on top for crunch. The texture is getting better each time. Let me know if you have any tips for getting a better oven spring. I also tried making a batch of cinnamon rolls using the discard starter, and they were a huge hit with the family. It's such a rewarding hobby, even if it takes a bit of patience. Hope you're having a great week! Let's catch up properly soon.

Hey there! I finally watched that documentary you recommended, the one about deep-sea ecosystems. I had no idea there were creatures living near hydrothermal vents that survived entirely without sunlight. The footage of the giant squid was absolutely incredible. It's amazing how much of our own planet remains unexplored. The cinematography was stunning, and the narration was really engaging. I've been tellin' everyone about it. Let me know if you have any other recommendations in the same vein. I'm also thinking of starting that series on ancient civilizations next. Hope you and the family are doing well. Talk to you later!
