Hey, just following up on our conversation about the hiking trip. I checked the trail conditions and it looks like most of the snow has melted at lower elevations. We should definitely bring trekking poles for the stream crossings. I was thinking we could start at the ranger station and take the loop trail. It's about 8 miles with some decent elevation gain. Let me know if you want to carpool. I can fit three people comfortably in my car. Also, don't forget to pack bear spray just in case. Looking forward to it! Should be a great weekend getaway.
