Plus, SpaceX’s IPO just dropped—and it’s messy.

This AI has a literal new flex. A Wired reporter gave his OpenClaw agent access to a robot arm so it could train it how to move—a complex process that usually takes a lot of expertise and hours of fiddling.

Armed with Codex, OpenClaw vibe-coded a maneuver that got the arm to (drum roll, please)... close its claws over a red ball. Later, it managed to slowly pick up and set down objects. (Watch it in motion here.) That’s one small step for AI agents, a slightly bigger step for AI agentkind. Some robot dexterity milestones OpenClaw should work on next: stacking blocks, turning a doorknob, and the final boss—folding a fitted sheet.
