Earlier this month, the PTSA celebrated McLean High School’s Teachers and Staff. The PTSA catered a boxed lunch from Panera and drinks donated by generous PTSA parents. The PTSA also gifted tee-shirts with handwritten thank you notes to the teachers and staff in appreciation for all they do for the school community. The PTSA, through the Hospitality Committee, supports staff throughout the year by planning appreciation events such as this week. To our Teachers and Staff, Thank you for all that you do for our community! |

Staff Appreciation Breakfast
The PTSA organizes a weekly Friday Breakfast Station during the year stocked with contributions by fellow McLean HS families. The Friday Breakfast Station is set up in the front office and teachers & staff are grateful each week for your donations. Free Seminar: Effects of Online Gambling Culture on Young People
Upcoming Baccalaureate Service
Mclean High School Seniors, their families and guests are invited to attend the 2026 Baccalaureate Service. The Service is a long-standing tradition for parents and graduating seniors to participate in an inter-faith graduation service to mark the milestone of graduation with prayer and musical offerings from our Music Department. The service includes prayers and reflections from faith leaders in our area as well as from Class of 2026 students. When: Monday, June 8, 5:00 - 6:00pm Where: Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 1545 Chain Bridge Road, Mclean VA 22101 Opportunities to Support We are in need of your support through monetary donations as well as food (cookies, finger foods, drinks), gift cards (5x$25 gift cards) and volunteers for the event. during AP Exam season
Parents/Guardians! We are looking for your assistance to support morning duties during our AP exam season (May 4-May 22). To ensure all necessary school staff are available to support the implementation of morning AP exams, we are requesting assistance from parents/guardians to support our morning school routines from 7:30-8:10. Mock Testing - SAT and ACT
Looking for an opportunity to practice for the SAT and ACT? The McLean PTSA is partnering with The Princeton Review and Marigold Prep to offer practice tests. Each testing session starts at 9am. The test dates are as follows: SAT: July 18, 2026 ACT: no additional dates for the 2025-2026 school year Join us virtually to take the full-length practice tests. The registration fee is $20 per exam. Registration closes 3 days prior to each exam, and you will receive an email with further instructions regarding the testing session.
