Here's what he did do make this happen:
1. Set a goal
Aiming to lose ~10% of his total body weight to start.
Hit that number and everyone in your life will notice that you've lost fat.
2. Aim for recomposition
Not just slashing his calories and hammering cardio.
Lifting weights 4 days per week. Getting stronger. Keeping protein up.
3. Look beyond the scale
If he ONLY looked at his weight, he wouldn't know how crazy his progress is.
But these pictures show him just how much he's done.
Most people carry more fat and less muscle than they think.
