This message is for users of the PECOS PI application in the Production environment.

CMS has successfully migrated the PECOS PI application from the on-prem environment to the CMS AWS Cloud earlier than expected, and is now live as of today, May 3rd, 2026.

Please note that there is NO change to the Provider login URL: https://pecos.cms.hhs.gov. Additionally, there are no changes to the business logic of the application, ensuring a seamless transition for most users.

However, if your organization previously added PECOS IP addresses to an approved whitelist for application access, these addresses must be updated. To obtain the necessary IP address information, please submit a request through the EUS Help Desk at https://eus.cms.gov/. Your organization’s IT team should ensure that the allow list (whitelist) update is completed to maintain uninterrupted access to the PECOS application.
