CSMS # 68237853 - Changes to Stow Plan Processing

On May 14, 2026, CBP plans to deploy several changes to Stow Plan processing to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) certification environment. These changes will impact error conditions for vessel arrival and departure ports and date. These changes will be available to trade for testing, and CBP encourages participation. On June 25, 2026, CBP will push these changes to the ACE production environment.
