Interment on Tuesday, March 31 at noon at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine. Born April 13, 1954 in Chicago, Randy passed away peacefully March 19, 2026 in Elk Grove. Randy served as a Firefighter-Paramedic with Hoffman Estates for 27 years, retiring as a Lieutenant, and also volunteered with Prospect Heights Fire Dept. A devoted husband to Maggi for 46 years, Randy found joy in helping others and spending time in nature—especially in Eagle River, WI

Don was a graduate of Arlington High School in Arlington Heights, Illinois and furthered his education at Harper College in Palatine, Illinois. He enjoyed reading and was an avid fan of the Chicago Bulls. Don was known for his kindness and sense of humor.
