 We asked and you answered, Edison! Last weekend our community proved how strong we are by moving more than 3,300 bags of mulch and rallying around our students with the food bank fundraiser. This was a big lift, but we came together and made some great things happen.
Our mulch sale was a huge success! Teams, clubs, and individual students delivered literally thousands of bags of mulch in our community. Parents and supporters drove delivery trucks and carloads of students and managed our sale. Our mulch sale is the biggest source of funding for our All Night Grad Party. We need many hands to make this day work, and we were able to pull almost 200 people together to make it happen. A successful sale means tickets to the party will be affordable and the prizes will be plenty. Thank you to all who made this day a huge success!
Our community also came together to support Edison students facing food insecurity over spring break. Because of your contributions, we were able to provide 47 Edison families with grocery store gift cards. Helping ensure our students have consistent access to food keeps them focused on ending the school year strong. Thank you for supporting this amazing community!!

 It's time for us to begin to set up the 2026-2027 school year to achieve great things for Edison. We are looking for PTSA members to help us find leadership to make it happen with our Nominating Committee. The group will put together the slate of candidates, and overseeing the elections, for the following Executive Committee positions:
President
Secretary
Treasurer
VP Communications
VP Membership
Please note that without the first three positions filled for the 2026-2027 school year, our PTSA will not be recognized by the VA State PTA, our umbrella organization.
