Dear FHES Families,
We wanted to share a few brief updates/reminders with everyone for the coming days:
- Tomorrow, March 27, is the last day of the Third Quarter! Students will be dismissed at 2:05. Teachers will be using the time to begin grading and report cards.
- Also tomorrow in the Kiss N' Ride line at dismissal, some of our FH Girl Scouts will be selling the last of their cookie inventory for the year. Miss out on initial sales, or craving one last pack of Thin Mints? Stop by and support our hardworking Troop 50266 while you pick up your child at dismissal.
- As announced yesterday by FCPS, the 3-hour early release date scheduled for April 22 has been cancelled. Students will be dismissed at the typical time of 4:05. Due to this change, our 26-27 Kindergarten Orientation scheduled for this day will be postponed. We will update everyone with our new date (May 2026) after Spring Break.
As we finish our third quarter of the year tomorrow, please know how grateful we are for your partnership. Our students are "Doing Hard Things" each day, and it could not happen without the support of our families and staff. We wish you a happy and safe Spring Break!
