Looking for something to do this Sunday?

The Vienna Community Band 50th Anniversary Concert is on Sunday, March 22, at 3pm, at the Oakton High School auditorium.

The commissioned work for Concert Band dedicated to the Vienna Community Band's 50th Anniversary and Titled "Archer Overture" will be performed. The composer Gary Powell Nash, music educator and professor of music from Fisk University, will also be in attendance. The piece is an homage to Louise A. Reeves Archer and her history of enormous dedication to education at the school and her history with Fairfax County.

They would like to extend an invitation to all staff and students at Louise Archer Elementary.
