A letter from our editor:
Spring starts tomorrow here in the northern hemisphere, and with it comes a lot of BIG energy. Personally, I'm traveling all over the US for a mix of work and pleasure, so my time at home is limited.
So with my rest time being particularly precious, I'm trying to find low-maintenance ways to take care of myself amidst the hustle and bustle. That means meandering walks through my neighborhood park, cracking open a new library book, and sipping cool lemonade on my patio. These simple, low-stakes ways to relax in between unpacking, doing laundry, and packing again are keeping me grounded (and calm amidst all the flight delay notifications).
What does self-care this season look like for you?
Warmly, Emily Editorial Director

DIY
Succulents aren't the only outdoor plants you can propagate (although they're the easiest). Here's a list of some of my favorites to add to your outdoor oasis!
|
- My next outdoor investment will be a little table (or, more likely, I'll source one from the curbs of my neighborhood!) Year & Day is currently 20% off for their spring sale and I'm loving the outdoor serving dishes.
- I'm a lover of the library, but sometimes a book is so good you want to gift it or keep it for future re-reads. Save 20% off select books written by women for women's history month at Bookshop.org with code WHM26 at checkout.
- If I don't sleep well this month, I'm most certainly going to get sick with all my travels. When I'm home, I love the sleep bundles from Upstate Elevator, which features blends of CBD, CBN, and melatonin for deep rest. You can save 10% off bundles through the end of the month!
