We are updating our Agreement in respect of your subscription to permit us to use your company’s names, logos and trademarks in our promotional and related materials. The terms and conditions for this can be found in the new Section 23 of the Agreement, and are reproduced here: Promotional rights 23.1 You agree that we may refer to and use your company name, business names, trademarks, logos, feedback, comments, suggestions, case studies, and testimonials, in our promotional materials (including marketing, advertising, and customer references), in our investor and shareholder materials, and in our websites. 23.2 You may withdraw your permission granted in Section 23.1 at any time by email in writing to us at info@inflowinventory.com with a subject line like "promotional opt out". When we receive this email we will remove your company name, business names, trademarks and logos from our future promotional materials and our website sites during our normal course of updating of them, but in any event within ninety days. For any use that has been previously published and/or distributed, we cannot and will not be required to alter same and such use is still permitted by you. In addition we have updated the suite number in respect of our head office address. By continuing to use our products after April 15, 2026, you accept the updates in Section 23.1, unless you have withdrawn your permission per instructions in Section 23.2. Regards, The inFlow team |
