Hey there,
We’ve spent this week walking carefully through why The AI Executive System™ (AIEX) exists, who it’s for, and what we’ll actually build together over 6 months.
Today, the logistics are simple:
Enrollment for the AI Executive System™ (Founding Members Cohort) closes tonight at 11:59 PM Pacific.
After that, we’ll shift from talking about the program to serving the group of high-performance professionals who said yes.
Before we talk about how to decide, here’s the short version of what AIEX is designed to change for you.
The AI Executive System™ | At a glance:
The AI Executive System™ (AIEX) is a 6-month program for high-performance professionals to:
- Reclaim 10–20 hours of time and energy per week
…without lowering the standard of your work.
- Multiply the quality of your decisions and deliverables
…by pairing your unique expertise with a small team of specialized AI coworkers.
- Protect – and eventually improve – your quality of life
…so your health, relationships, and sense of self stop getting the leftovers.
To do it, we’ll build a small ecosystem of AI assistants and advisors – AI agents, workflows, and tools that work with, without, and around you, the way a great human team would.
We’ll build them together through 3 phases × 3 components:
- Stabilize – Reclaim 10–20 hours/week and stop your week from feeling like controlled chaos.
- Systemize – Turn your expertise and life context into an AI-ready library and workflows that multiply the quality of your work and life.
- Scale – Install an AI advisory layer, Chief of Staff, and Life Manager that supports your 1–3 year goals.
You can choose from three levels of support:
- Training – “Give me the map and assets, I’ll drive.”
- Coaching – “Walk with me while I install this.”
- Hybrid Consulting – “Be my build partner.”

Now, let’s talk about how to make a good decision about all of this.
A calm, honest way to decide
At Innovating with AI, we don’t see AI as a way to escape your life. We see it as a way to show up more fully in it – at work, at home, and in the communities that matter to you.
So I don’t want you to decide from fear, FOMO, or hype. I’d rather you make a grounded, ethical decision that you’ll feel good about 6 months from now.
Here’s a simple way to do that:
Step 1: Check the direction of your next 6–12 months
Ask yourself:
“If I keep working the way I did this year, where does that realistically lead me in 6–12 months?”
Look at your reality, not your wishlist:
- Calendar
- Inbox
- Health
- Meaningful relationships
- The kind of work you’re actually doing day-to-day
Does your current trajectory give you more of what you want?
If the honest answer is “Yes, mostly,” then it might make sense to keep going as you are and use our free material to layer in AI more slowly. There’s zero shame in that.
If the honest answer is “No, this isn’t sustainable,” or “I’m not getting the leverage I know is possible,” then the next question is:
“Do I want help installing a different system around my work and life?”
If that’s a quiet yes, AIEX is one way to do that deliberately, instead of hoping it “somehow happens” next year.

Step 2: Check your philosophy about AI
Underneath all the tactics, here’s our core belief:
AI should help you become a better human – not a busier one, and not a hollowed-out one.
If your internal compass says:
- “I want AI to amplify my judgment, care, and craft – not replace them.”
- “I want more capacity so I can be more present for the people and work that matter.”
- “I care about my team, clients, or community, and I want AI to make things better for all of us.”
…then you’re philosophically aligned with AIEX. If instead you’re looking for:
- A way to “set it and forget it”
- A quick hack to outsource hard conversations, leadership, or responsibility
- The latest “AI toy” to play with for a weekend
…then this probably isn’t your program, and that’s okay. There are plenty of other things out there for that.
––
Step 3: Check your capacity to engage
AIEX is not a 3-hour pre-recorded mini-course. It’s also not “quit your job and do this full time.” The truth is in the middle:
- Expect to put in 3–5 hours a week consistently (a bit more some weeks, a bit less others).
- Those hours replace some of your current chaos – they’re not meant to sit on top of it.
- The goal is that every hour you put in gives you more back in the form of time, clarity, and better decisions.
So ask yourself:
“Am I willing – and able – to carve out a few protected hours a week to install a better system around my work and life?”
If that’s a genuine no right now, the ethical decision may be:
“Not this cohort. Let me stabilize my basics first, then come back to something like this.”
If it’s a yes, then the last step is simple.
––
Step 4: Choose your answer — Yes, No, or Not Now
There are three good answers to this email:
- “Yes – I’m in for this cohort.”
You’ve read the invite, you see yourself in the philosophy and the plan, and the timing/capacity is workable. In that case, your move is: [Read the invite & choose your AIEX level] Direct Link: https://innovatingwithai.com/executive/
- “No – this isn’t for me.”
You might like us, the writing, and the ideas, but this program isn’t the right match for your goals, values, or season. That’s a perfectly valid answer. You’re still welcome in our world, and we’ll keep sending material you can use.
- “Not now – but I want to be intentional about that.”
Maybe money is tight this quarter. Maybe your bandwidth is legitimately at zero. Maybe there’s a major life event on the horizon. If that’s the case, you can still make a clean decision: “I’m choosing not to join this cohort, and here’s how I’ll keep moving toward the kind of work and life AIEX pointed me toward.”
What I don’t want for you is the fourth, fuzzy option:
“I meant to decide… and then the deadline passed while I was busy.”
You deserve better than that.

Logistics & what happens after tonight
Here’s the practical side:
Enrollment for the AI Executive System™ (Founding Members Cohort) closes tonight at 11:59 PM Pacific.
After that, we’ll turn our attention to:
- Finalizing the cohort
- Preparing the January kick-off
- Setting up the systems, assets, and call structures that will support everyone inside
Future cohorts may happen, but timeline, structure, and pricing may change based on what we learn from this first group.
So if you’ve felt a real pull this week – not hype, just a steady “this is the direction I want to go” – I’d encourage you to read the invite and make a clear call:

Whatever you decide, my hope is that 6–12 months from now, you can look back and say:
“That week, I made a decision that moved me closer to the kind of work and life I actually want.”
If AIEX is part of that, I’d be honored to help you create that for yourself and the people you care about.
To your next season,
