Join us for Quarter 2 Parent University on Wednesday, December 10th, from 6–8 PM in the Justice Cafeteria as we dive into the exciting season of Academic Advising!
Students are exploring their class options for the next school year, and we want to empower parents and guardians with the knowledge to support them — graduation requirements, course pathways, and strategies to spark your child’s engagement in learning.
We will have raffle prizes, helpful resources, and plenty of opportunities to connect. Together, let’s strengthen our school-to-family partnership and share the responsibility of your child’s success!
We will also share important information about the WIDA ACCESS for English learners test.
This is the yearly English test that all Multilingual Learners in Virginia take. The test shows how your child is growing in English in four areas: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
We encourage families to learn more about WIDA score levels and how they guide your child's educational path. We look forward to supporting you and your student!
