 Board Adopts Zoning Ordinance Amendment for PRC Plan Exceptions and Minor Modifications
On November 18, 2025, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Zoning Ordinance amendment for PRC Plan Exceptions and Minor Modifications.
The amendment includes the following changes:
- Permits revisions to PRC Plans for nonresidential and multifamily uses using the minor modifications provisions of subsection 8100.5.
- Establishes a new PRC Plan exception for new recreational structures or additions to recreational structures in common open space.
- Includes a new fee for PRC Plans for a use in common open space.
- Establishes a new minor modification provision for changing active recreation uses.
