A quick note before today's blog post

Last week we launched a total overhaul of the Gab Social frontend. This was a massive undertaking and a big transition for the community. We are actively listening to community feedback and rapidly iterating, bug fixing, and improving the experience. We thank you all for your pateince and understanding.

We know that change is tough, but this will be worth in the longrun. We believe that censorship is about to making a roaring comeback during the 2026 campaign and we want Gab to be ready when that happens. This new frontend allows us to be more nimble to innovate and improve the platform much faster than before. Thank you for your patience while we continue to roll out this new update.
