Tomorrow’s Pink Platoon 5K has been postponed due to expected severe weather, especially high winds.
We know many of you were looking forward to this event, and this decision wasn’t made lightly. While a little rain is manageable, the predicted wind poses safety risks along the course.
We’ll work with our partners next week to identify a new date—ideally later this month.
As Hurricane Isaias approaches, remember: your safety comes first. VA is here to keep Veterans and their families informed, and connected to care before, during, and after the storm.
