NOTICE: Grand Blvd Closure near John Cochran from October 12, 2026 through mid-January 2027

Dear John Cochran VA Hospital Patients:

North Grand Boulevard will close to through-traffic between Delmar Boulevard and Page Boulevard from October 12, 2026 to mid-January 2027 for waterline work related to our $1.6 billion modernization project.

Please refer to the map below for details on the N. Grand Blvd closure and the alternative route.
• Spring Street will remain open to access Finney Ave, Windsor Pl, and Bell Ave.
• Enright Ave will remain accessible from N. Grand Blvd.

Please follow all posted detour routes and watch for signs regarding changes to road and sidewalk access. Please allow extra travel time, reduce speed, and stay alert for workers and changing traffic patterns. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
