We could also add a small gravel path between the herb section and the tomatoes. I checked the soil sample results you sent and the pH is a bit high so we might need to amend with a little lime before planting. Let me know if you want to adjust the watering schedule too since the forecast looks warmer than last month.

Also I looked at the shed foundation options and the concrete pavers seem like the most stable choice for that slope. We can start leveling the ground this weekend if the weather cooperates. I will bring the leveling tools and some extra stakes.

I already checked with the venue about the reservation time and they confirmed we can shift to 6:30 instead of 6. The earlier slot was for a private event that got canceled so it opened up. For the menu I think the roasted vegetable platter with the herb dip would work well for everyone and they can add the grilled chicken option as a separate order. I will send the final headcount by Wednesday.

On the seating arrangement I reserved the corner section near the windows since it has more space for the presentation board. Let me know if you need me to bring extra chairs or a projector stand.
