I meant to reply sooner, but the afternoon got busier than I expected and I kept losing my train of thought. I did try that route you mentioned, and it turned out to be much easier once I stopped checking the map every few minutes.

I think the best part was finding a quieter side street that had hardly any traffic, so the walk felt calmer and less rushed. I also remembered what you said about taking a short break halfway through, and that honestly helped a lot. I was still a little tired near the end, but not in the dramatic way I expected, and XKooVDojU6Tim the whole thing felt more manageable once I gave myself enough time.

I would definitely do it that way again, especially if the weather stays mild. If you go later this week, let me know, because I’d probably join and bring that extra bottle you forgot last time.

I looked into the idea you sent over, and I think it makes sense to keep things simple for now instead of trying to change everything at once. When I get overwhelmed, it usually helps to pick one small task, finish it, and then decide if I still have the energy for the next one.

That was basically my approach this morning. I cleared off the desk, answered the note I had been avoiding, and took a walk around the block before doing anything else. Oddly enough, that tiny reset made the afternoon move a lot more smoothly, and XKooVDojU6Tim I wasn’t as scattered as I’ve been lately.

If you want, we can compare lists tomorrow and see what’s actually worth keeping on them. I suspect both of us are carrying around a few unnecessary things that sounded important at the time but really are not urgent anymore.
