We have updated FluentPet’s Terms of Service. The updated Terms are effective immediately for new users and on July 18, 2026 for registered users. The material change is to Section 15, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. The updated Terms add a 30-day informal dispute-resolution process, designate New Era ADR as the arbitration provider with AAA as a backup, update arbitration fees and exceptions, keep disputes on an individual basis, and add a 30-day right to opt out of the updated arbitration agreement.
You may opt out of the updated arbitration agreement by emailing arbitration-optout@fluent.pet by July 18, 2026 with your name, the email address associated with your account or order, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. You can review the updated Terms here: fluent.pet/terms If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Services before July 18, 2026. Continued use of the Services on or after that date means you accept the updated Terms. |
