We’re throwing open the doors at the Dallas VA Medical Center for a day dedicated to honoring your service and connecting you with the very best the VA has to offer. It’s all in honor of the Veterans Health Administration’s 80 years of commitment and care.

On-the-Spot Healthcare Enrollment: Not enrolled in VA health care yet? You can sign up for benefits and get matched with a Primary Care Manager right on the spot—no waiting, no red tape.

Toxic Exposure & DBQ Screenings: Early bird appointments begin at 9:00 a.m.

NCA Burial Benefits: Connect with representatives to learn about your entitlements.

Resource Festival: Dive into a festival atmosphere at 10:00 a.m.—with community briefings, engaging activities, and a wealth of resources for Veterans and their families.
How to Join:
To ensure everyone gets the attention and support they deserve, please reserve your ticket in advance. Every Veteran, family member, caregiver, and Veteran service organization needs a ticket. If you’d like to meet with a VBA Claims rep, don’t forget to book your specific appointment slot through our EventBrite link.
Don't worry if the appointments are gone for the VBA reps, we got you! We will have other Veteran Service Organizations and County Veteran Service Officers standing by to help you navigate your claims as well!

Parking & Shuttle Details:
A heads-up: Lot 1 in front of the Dallas VA is temporarily closed as we build a brand new parking garage. Main event parking—including accessible spaces—will be available in the Patriot Garage and in lots around the side and back of the campus.
No need to hike—shuttle buses will be running all day, picking up and dropping off at each lot. Just wait for the shuttle at your chosen lot and enjoy a quick, easy ride straight to the festivities.
Please give yourself a little extra time to park and catch the shuttle. Thanks for rolling with us during construction—we’re excited to celebrate with you!

Veterans,
Due to building maintenance, the Mental Health Gold team check-in area will be temporarily closed starting Thursday, June 18th at the Dallas VAMC in Building 1.
If you are a Gold team outpatient, please check in at the Diamond team waiting area on the second floor instead.
This change is expected to last at least one week. Clear signage will be posted to help guide you, and staff will be available to assist.
If you are part of the Gold IOP program, your check-in process remains the same and is not affected by this change.
