I think your best bet for the neighborhood cleanup is to start with the park entrance and work your way toward the pavilion. We have about fifteen volunteers confirmed so far and most of them are bringing rakes and leaf bags. The city said they would pick up the bags if we leave them by the curb by the end of the day. I can bring extra gloves and a few trash grabbers for the smaller debris along the fence line. We should probably break into two groups so one team can focus on the flower beds while the other handles the walking paths. Let me know if you want me to assign people ahead of time or if we should just divide up when everyone arrives. I also have a cooler we can fill with water bottles so folks stay hydrated.

I looked into the timing for the renovation project and it seems like starting mid-May would give us enough room to complete the framing before the summer heat arrives.
