I think the best approach would be to schedule the team meeting for next Tuesday afternoon rather than Wednesday morning. That way everyone can attend without rushing their morning routines. I spoke with Sarah about the project timeline and she mentioned the initial draft should be ready by Thursday. We should review it together before sending it to the stakeholders. Also, I wanted to mention that the new software update seems to be working well on my machine after the patch. Let me know if you need help testing it on yours.

Regarding the community garden project, I checked the weather forecast and it looks like Saturday will be the best day for planting. I already picked up the seedlings from the nursery and they look healthy. The soil in the raised beds should be ready after we turn it this evening. I think we should focus on the tomatoes first since they need the most sun exposure. The herbs can go in the shadier spots near the fence. I will bring the gardening tools and some compost to add nutrients.
