Yeah, I think the new system will streamline the onboarding process a lot. I spoke with the training coordinator and she mentioned the initial setup might take a couple of hours but once it is live it saves a ton of manual work. We should schedule the training session for the whole department maybe next Monday or Tuesday. What do you think about sending a calendar invite tomorrow so people can block it off Also, I heard the vendor is offering a discount for the first year so let us make sure we get the signoff from finance on that.
