The renovation plans look solid overall. I think the kitchen layout works well with the island positioned where we discussed. The contractor mentioned that the cabinets will need about four weeks for delivery once ordered. We should finalize the countertop selection this week to keep everything on track. The flooring can be installed after the cabinets are in place. I also think we should add extra outlets near the breakfast area for small appliances. The paint colors we chose should work well with the natural light that comes through the windows in the afternoon. This timeline should keep us on schedule for the completion date we have in mind.
