El Mirador
This week we’re proud to be sharing the debut speciality microlot of Peruvian producer, Levi Dominguez. Cultivated on his three-hectare farm alongside other crops, El Mirador underwent dry fermentation in a traditional, hand-built wooden tank. Its porous wood acts as a natural starter, imparting a distinctive character to the final cup, with smooth notes of blueberry and pear.
Processed with precision, this coffee beautifully showcases the quality and potential of smallholder production in Peru.
