Hi everyone,
Our team has been hard at work this year, and I'm excited to share some updates with you.
Let's start with inFlow Stockroom. Many of you asked for a quick and fast way to track what's in your supply closet, so we developed a mobile-first solution based on your feedback. I’m excited to launch Stockroom and hope you find it useful.
I also wanted to share an update on our office. We work remotely most of the time, but there's something special about being in person to share meals and hash out ideas. We’ve been growing steadily and our old Toronto office just couldn't accommodate everyone, so last summer we started work to expand it.
This past May we opened the office up again and it's been awesome to see the team's reaction. We made a short video of the office reveal and I thought I'd share a quick look at the team behind inFlow.
OK, that's all from me. Read on for more about Stockroom, our new portable label printer, and some recent inFlow updates.

| Meet inFlow Stockroom | | We're excited to introduce inFlow Stockroom: the fastest solution for tracking inventory with your phone.
Grab latex gloves, cleaning wipes, or N95 masks and update stock levels in just a few taps. Stockroom is easy to learn and requires minimal hardware: just barcodes, a phone for scanning, and a computer for initial setup.
When Stockroom is set up all your team needs to do is grab, scan, and go.
If you’re a current inFlow customer you can find Stockroom as an add-on in the web app. Or you can have a look at our dedicated Stockroom page below. | | | | | New inFlow hardware | We’re also announcing the new inFlow Portable Printer.
It's a tiny, wireless label printer with all-day battery life. It’s perfect for receiving new products or labeling bins or shelves, and it's small enough to take anywhere in the warehouse.
Our printer is available for a fraction of the cost of competing printers from Brother or Zebra.
You can even snag an early-bird discount if you order one soon! | | | | |

| inFlow updates from 2025 so far | See current stock at any location We brought the Current stock screen from the Windows app to the web. If you haven’t used it before, it’s a great live view of the inventory at each location and sublocation.
You can find it in the main menu of our web app under Inventory -> Current stock.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) We’ve also rolled out two-factor authentication (2FA), which provides much better protection for all the sensitive pricing and costing data that you keep in inFlow.
You can generate authentication codes by email or with an authenticator app, like Google Authenticator.
Improved purchase and sales orders on web Last but not least we’re improving web purchase and sales orders to be: The SO and PO redesigns are in beta testing now and you can provide feedback by selecting the orange “BETA” text in the web app.
Those are just the major highlights. If you'd like a play-by-play of new features and fixes, have a look at our release notes page. | | | | Thanks for catching up with us.
Let's do this again soon!
