| Hello. Hours after US President Donald Trump announced a ceasefire between Israel and Iran, Tel Aviv has accused Tehran of firing missiles. Iran has denied violating the ceasefire - my colleagues have the latest. In New York, as prosecutors are set to rest in the trial against rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs, Madeline Halpert looks at how compelling their case is. And finally, watch how killer whales scratch an itch. | |

TOP OF THE AGENDA | Tension follows Trump's ceasefire |
|
| | Tehran appeared calm in the early hours of the ceasefire. Credit: Reuters | President Trump announced a ceasefire on Monday night to end what he called the "12 Day War". Israel and Iran exchanged heavy fire overnight, but by Tuesday morning the two appeared to have agreed to halt the fighting. But just hours later, Israel said it had detected missile launches from Iran, with Defence Minister Israel Katz threatening "intense strikes against regime targets" in response. Iranian state media has denied the accusation that it fired a missile at Israel after the ceasefire. As chief international correspondent Lyse Doucet writes, a ceasefire would bring relief - but not the start of peace between arch-enemies. |

| BEYOND THE HEADLINES | Assessing the case against Diddy |
|
| | | Mr Combs' lawyers have yet to present their case, but must defend a client who has already admitted domestic abuse. Credit: Reuters | Prosecutors in New York are set to rest their case in the weeks-long federal sex-trafficking and racketeering trial of rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs after calling on more than 30 witnesses. Legal experts say their testimony has helped prosecutors present a compelling case to the jurors - but a conviction on all counts remains far from assured. |
