The reporting party stated that, when they returned to their vehicle after church, the driver's door was open, the vehicle had been rummaged through, and an unknown male was wiping down the car. Officers detained the subject and located stolen items on his person. Abdul Bah, 28, of Columbia, Maryland, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Vehicle Trespass and Petit Larceny.
